- Job Duties
1– Follow up on monthly closing procedures with customer accounts.
2– Send reports on sales activity, customer status, sales representatives, potential problems and proposed solutions.
3– Immediate response to customer inquiries and complaints
and find appropriate solutions for customers.
4– Follow up on representatives’ receipts from customers and record them.
5– Monitoring the customer’s credit limit and guarantees and matching customer account statements in the field.Required conditions:
1– Bachelor of Commerce.
2– Experience from 2 to 5 years.
3– Residents of Obour City are preferred.
