Refund policy

1.⁠ ⁠Conditions for Exchange & Return:

Customers may request an exchange or return within 14 days from the delivery date.
The product must be in its original condition, unused, with all accessories, and in its original packaging.
Products that have been installed, used, or damaged will not be accepted.

2.⁠ ⁠Eligible Cases:

Manufacturing defects.
Wrong item delivered.
Product damaged during shipping.

3.⁠ ⁠Process:

Contact customer service within the allowed period.
Provide proof of purchase or invoice.
The product will be inspected before approval.

4.⁠ ⁠Shipping Fees:

If the issue is due to a defect or company error: shipping costs are covered by the company.
If the return is requested by the customer without defect: the customer bears shipping costs.

5.⁠ ⁠Refunds:

Refunds will be processed using the original payment method within 7–14 business days after inspection.
